Ingredients:
1 can of 13 ounce crescent rolls (any brand)
1 pound of bacon or sausage
6 large eggs (you can use egg beaters)
1 cup of milk (any milk you are comfortable with)
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
We have added veggies in the past as an alternative to a meat product
zucchini, broccoli, mushroom, squash, corn...... well you get the idea
Preheat oven to 475
If you are using bacon or sausage make sure you cook it thoroughly in a frying pan and drain.
I used a 15 x 10 pyrex and lined the entire bottom of it with the crescent roll dough, making sure it was squished into each corner.
I then sprinkled it was bacon and cheese as evenly as possible.
I combined the salt, pepper, eggs and milk in a bowl and whisked it thoroughly.
I put it in the oven for 20 minutes
