Ingredient:
4 large strips of boneless skinless chicken (she used frozen strips)
1 cup of mayonnaise (low sodium works)
2/3 cup of shredded three cheese (any cheese you prefer will work)
1/2 tea spoon turmeric
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
1 tea spoon thyme
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Spray a 8x8 casserole dish with non stick spray. If you want to avoid that use butter on the dish. Place chicken in the dish evenly spaced.
Keep aside 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese
In large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and mix until blended well. Then evenly spread this mixture over the chicken. Don't worry if you can see bits of the chicken.
Then sprinkle the 1/4 cup of cheese you set aside earlier.
Place in the over and cook for 40 to 45 minutes. The cooking time will depend on the size of your chicken.
You should always check the temperature of your chicken and make sure it is 190 degrees.
